SHINE 2Europe promotes inclusive communities for all citizens by delivering applied research and supporting the implementation of holistic solutions across Europe. With a vision of fostering societal growth and inclusiveness, we share good practices, encourage networking and develop impactful projects. SHINE embraces and promotes diversity and sustainability, grounded in democratic values and shared responsibility. In recent years SHINE has been engaged in multiple relevant EU-funded initiatives in which we have contributed to social innovation, awareness, and inclusive solutions on topics such as breast cancer, AI in cancer treatment and improving cancer literacy.

Work in the project

SHINE 2Europe will lead the Regional Ecosystems Creation and Growth work package. Within this WP we will drive stakeholder mapping, engagement, and the expansion of ecosystems while also designing and overseeing the implementation of Citizen Science initiatives.

In WP7 SHINE will oversee legal, ethical, and gender management across the project. To support communication, dissemination and sustainability of the project, SHINE develops the project’s overall visual identity and liaison activities with the Cancer Mission Cluster (WP6).
